Event Guidelines & Regulations As event scale, number of participants, booth plans, and fees vary depending on each venue, please be sure to review the specific event information each time. Below are the general rules and regulations that apply to participation in the event. Event Format ・Depending on the size and conditions of the venue, the event may be held as “Machi no ZINE Fest” only, without the Indie Market component. ・“Machi no ZINE Fest” focuses primarily on ZINEs. In addition to ZINEs, exhibitors may sell original goods, art works, secondhand books or clothing, and may host small workshops (such as portrait drawing) that can be completed within the booth space. At least one ZINE must be included in your exhibited items. ・“Indie Market” allows the sale of vintage clothing, art works, handmade items, and similar goods. Participation is possible even without selling ZINEs. We may also recruit workshops or performances depending on the event. Details will be announced each time. Eligibility ・Participation is open regardless of professional/amateur status, age, nationality, genre, or activity region. Both individuals and organizations/corporations may participate. Booth & Sales Rules ・There is no limit on the number of people per booth. However, please ensure that your setup fits within your booth space and does not interfere with neighboring exhibitors. ・Consignment sales and commercially published works are permitted. ・Exhibitors are responsible for setting up, selling, and dismantling their booths. The booth must be staffed by the exhibitor during the event. ・All production costs, transportation expenses, packaging costs, and related expenses are the responsibility of the exhibitor. ・Wi-Fi and power outlets are not available at the venue. Please prepare your own pocket Wi-Fi, mobile batteries, or other necessary equipment. ・The sale of adult (18+), explicit, grotesque, or otherwise socially inappropriate content is prohibited. (Standards may vary slightly depending on the venue.) ・Bringing or using hazardous materials inside the venue is strictly prohibited. ・Delivery by car or postal shipment is not supported. Please carry in your items via public transportation or use nearby coin parking facilities. ・If you require special booth placement considerations or need to arrive late/leave early, please consult us in advance. Cancellation & Refund Policy This event is organized by a very small team under the name Sanzui, in collaboration with venue partners. A significant portion of the exhibition fees is used directly for operating costs. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds in the event of cancellation due to: ・Exhibitor circumstances ・Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, infectious disease outbreaks, etc.) ・Strikes ・Government or municipal restrictions ・Other force majeure circumstances If the event is canceled, the organizers will consult internally and make efforts to provide alternative measures, such as transferring participation to a future event. We kindly ask for your understanding before applying. Cooperation During the Event ・Exhibitors may be asked to assist with booth setup or dismantling. We appreciate your cooperation. ・Group/circle exhibitors may be asked to help distribute pamphlets at reception for approximately 30 minutes. ・You may also be invited to participate in talks during the event. (A Google account is required.) ・All event-related communications will be sent from info@3zui.jp. ・Please ensure you can receive emails from this address. ・If you do not receive emails, please check your spam folder. ・For cancellations or inquiries, please contact info@3zui.jp . ・Payment is accepted by bank transfer only. ・If we are unable to contact you after multiple attempts by email or phone regarding payment or promotional material submission, your participation may be withdrawn. A final confirmation email will be sent. If no response is received within three days of that email, your application will be canceled.
